Healthy Living

Healthy eating and exercise are important in our school. We eat a healthy break and enjoy weekly PE lessons and the daily mile with our teachers and coaches.

 

We also look after our mental health and movement breaks, meditation exercises and breathing activities from Core NI are a regular feature in our classrooms.
