Welcome to Miss Graham's class web page. 

We are working very hard in Primary 1 and are trying our very best to become independent. Since starting school in September we have been coming into class everyday and completing our morning routine. During this time we self register using the Interactive Whiteboard, change our shared reading book, put away our snacks, schoolbags and lunch boxes and practice writing our names. We know it is important to do this everyday as it helps us become independent and look after our own belongings. 

We are so busy in Primary 1 and have been learning lots of fantastic things such as letter names, letter sounds and number but our favourite thing has been learning about the Robinson family and Kipper. We have loved learning about Kipper, his brother Chip, sister Biff and dog Floppy so much that we talk about them everyday in class and are able to recognise their names. Although we are working very hard we have been able to spend time getting to know our classmates and make lots of new friends!

Our favourite part of the day is when we have Structured Play. We love exploring different learning areas around our classroom such as the writing table, construction table or the role play area.
