We have been learning to write interesting narrative stories with a historical context. We chose the theme of Vikings. Look at the marvelous Viking adventures created by our year 5 pupils.
We have worked hard at learning all the different aspects of Persuasive Writing. Our final piece for this genre was to create a persuasive flyer for our school open day. Look at the fabulous work completed by our year 5 pupils.
Persuasive Flyers
Our class novel this term was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. As well as reading this fantastic book, we also researched the author Roald Dahl and produced amazing written and art work.
