Literacy

We work on our spellings and handwriting each morning. Each week we work on our grammar work, comprehension, creative writing and guided reading activities. We use Bloom's questioning to help us during our guided reading sessions and we also use a range of apps to enhance our learning in literacy. Some apps we use for literacy include Book Creator, Pages, Spellboard, pic Collage and Explain Everything. 

We cover a range of writing genres - last term we learned about instructional writing. This term we are learning how to write reports. Check out some of our work below!
