Maths

We have been working very hard on our numeracy from the beginning of the year. Each morning we work on our number bonds and problem solving. We use our RUCSAC method to help us solve problems daily in Year 4.

We also use a range of mental math strategies daily to help us in our lessons. 

 

Some of the topics we will be looking at this term include fractions, time, co-ordinates and compass points. 

 

We have started our x-factor chart for our times tables. We complete it each Friday and work towards our targets. We have also been busy doing number clouds and division!
